Cancellation Policy

Payment: We accept payments in cash or via bank transfer. It is required that your balance is be settled before you leave, whether the client is able to complete the entire service or not. Deposit: A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total service is required at least 48 hours after booking an appointment. Failure to submit the deposit within this time will result in your appointment being put on standby, meaning someone can book your spot at any time. Please note that deposits are transferable if you have to reschedule but NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel. No Show: If you don’t show up without letting us know in advance, you will lose your deposit. If this is a recurring issue, you won’t be able to book future appointments with us. Grace Period: A 15 minute grace period will be honored for your appointment. If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible. After the grace period you will be charged a $10 late fee, after 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
